Liangdai Village Ruins Museum

The Ruiguo Ruins Museum in Liangdai Village was established on the west side of the excavated Ruiguo cemetery site, and officially opened to the public on February 1, 2018. The basic display is based on the theme of "Ancient Rui seeks the glory of the old country". Through the Zhou Dynasty ruins discovered in Liangdai Village and more than 600 pieces (groups) of high-quality cultural relics unearthed, the once splendid history and culture of Rui State are reproduced. Among them, many precious cultural relics are the most eye-catching, such as seven tripods and six gui, trapezoidal tablet set, jade sword with gold sheath, gold-inlaid jade and so on. The Ruiguo Ruins Museum in Liangdai Village, Hancheng was officially opened on February 14, 2018, exhibiting 798 precious cultural relics including bronzes, golds, and jades. Since the 2004 archaeological excavation of the Zhou Dynasty Rui State Cemetery in Liangdai Village, Hancheng, a total of 1,300 tombs during the two-week period have been discovered, including 8 princely tombs, and more than 20,000 precious cultural relics have been unearthed. The two-week site of Liangdai Village was discovered in October 2004, located in the north of Liangdai Village, Xizhuang Town, 7 kilometers northeast of the urban area. After several archaeological surveys, it was found that the site was divided into two parts: the tomb area and the site area.
