The Torch Square is a fan-shaped building. The national culture and art center is arranged on the east side, which is a building obliquely inserted into the mountain. The west side is a cultural and leisure park, which is a naturally raised mountain. At the entrance of the Torch Square, there is a group of statues of nine tigers. Inside is a group of 56 national cultural pillars with a diameter of 2 meters arranged in an arc. The 56 pillars represent the great unity of 56 nationalities.
