Lijiaxia North Bank Ecological Park is located in the northwest of Lijiaxia Management Committee, Hualong County, Qinghai Province. It faces Jianzha County across the river in the south. It is the third cascade power station in the upper reaches of the Yellow River. Asai Highway can be reached directly. 120 kilometers away from Xining, the provincial capital, it is a leisure resort integrating ecology, tourism and catering.

Lijiaxia North Bank Ecological Park covers an area of more than 5,600 mu, of which the core area is 500 mu. At present, 2,700 mu of forests are planted, mainly economic forests and ornamental forests. There are hotels, one entertainment room, 20 small farm yards, 15 tourist boats, and a spacious parking lot.

The ecological park is adjacent to the "Buddhist Holy Land Xiaqiong Temple" in the east, and Lijiaxia Hydropower Station in the south. You can visit the beautiful "Songba Gorge" and Kanbula Forest Park by boat. There are also many scenic spots in the ecological park, such as "Wugui Mountain and Pinghu Lake", "Tathagata Buddha Viewing Scenery", "Dam Scenery", "Kunlun Fairy Chrysanthemum Base".
