The Xiaoenda site is one of the important Neolithic sites in Tibet discovered by archaeologists in recent years. It is named after it is located near Xiaoenda Village in Qamdo Town. The Xiaoenda site is 3,263 meters above sea level and covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters. The ruins are distributed on the first and second terraces around Xiaoenda Primary School. After a survey in 1986 and some archaeological trial excavations, it was found that there were remains of large-scale chipped stone tools, fine stone tools, polished stone tools, bone tools, pottery fragments and charcoal slag. It is speculated that the age is similar to that of the Karuo site, and the cultural characteristics are basically the same as those of the Karuo site, about 4,000 years ago.
