Liu Hulan Memorial Hall is located in the south of Liu Hulan Village, Wenshui County, Shanxi Province, bordering the Fen River in the east and Taifen Highway in the west. The Memorial Hall was first built in 1956. It was completed and opened to the public on the 10th anniversary of the martyr Liu Hulan's martyrdom in 1957. It has become a good classroom for revolutionary traditional education to young people across the country.

The memorial hall is symmetrically distributed around the central axis of monuments and mausoleums. Entering the gate, the first thing that catches the eye is the spacious square. In the center of the flower bed stands a tall white marble monument, engraved with the "Decision of the Shanxi-Sui Branch of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Recognizing Comrade Liu Hulan as an Official Party Member of China". Behind the monument is a trough-shaped building of nearly 3,000 square meters. The torches around it symbolize the confidence and determination of the Chinese people to "carry forward the Hulan spirit and dedicate themselves to the great cause of the four modernizations".

In the hall of the memorial hall, there are 74 relics of martyrs and paintings, sculptures, photos and documents reflecting Liu Hulan's life and deeds. The stone wreath is the martyr's place.
