The Cemetery of Martyrs Liu Zhidan is located in Baoan Town, Zhidan County. The entire cemetery building is full of national characteristics, solemn and solemn. Deep in the cemetery is the Martyrs Memorial Hall and the tomb of General Liu Zhidan. There is also a martyrs memorial hall in the cemetery, displaying various cultural relics and brief introductions to the lives of martyrs.

To commemorate General Liu Zhidan, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to change the name of Baoan County to Zhidan County. In 1940, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China instructed the Northwest Bureau and the government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region to build a cemetery for martyrs, which was designed by Zhong Jingzhi. When the coffins of the martyrs were moved from Zichang County to the cemetery, people along the way paid homage. Later, the cemetery was severely damaged by Hu Zongnan's troops, and it was restored after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
