Suojia Ecological Museum is the first ethnic cultural eco-museum in Asia. Suoga is a Miao village in the hinterland of Wumeng Mountain, located in Liuzhi Special Zone, Guizhou Province. There is a branch of the Miao nationality living in the community, with a total of more than 4,000 people. It still continues an ancient and unique Miao culture symbolized by long-horned headdresses. This culture is very simple, with primitive equality and democratic customs. There are rich wedding, funeral and sacrificial rituals, unique music and dance, and very exquisite embroidery art. They still live a farming life where men farm and women weave. In order to protect and continue this unique Miao culture, in 1995, after being inspected by cultural and cultural experts from China and Norway, they wrote the "Feasibility Study Report on Establishing China's First Ecological Museum in Suoga Township, Guizhou Province" and won the national cultural relics Approved by the Bureau and the Guizhou Provincial Government, it was officially included in the Sino-Norwegian cultural exchange project.

The Suoga Miao community is a complete eco-museum, and the information center is an information database of the museum. It records and stores the cultural information of the community, such as recording word-of-mouth history through audio recordings, and storing relevant text materials, which has special significance. The physical objects, cultural heritage registration list and other heritage in the community, etc., introduce the basic situation of the culture to be visited by the audience through the exhibition, and put forward behavioral requirements for the audience, all of which are completed through the comprehensive introduction of audio-visual media.
