Lebugou, Lebu, means "a good place" in Tibetan. It has a pleasant climate, rich species, beautiful mountains and rivers, singing birds and fragrant flowers. It is evergreen all year round, and beautiful rhododendrons, jasmines, roses and various wild flowers that cannot be named are in full bloom here.
