Located in the center of Xin'an Town, Bazhou City, it is a famous Zen temple in history. It was built in the late Tang Dynasty. Originally named Longhua Temple, it was renamed "Puzhao Temple" in the Jin Dynasty, and named "Longquan Temple" in the Yuan Dynasty. There are two ancient wells on both sides of the central axis in front of the Daxiong Hall in the temple. The water is like a spring, so it is named "Longquan".

The main hall of the temple, the Daxiong Hall, is a single-eaves-hip hall-style building with green glazed tiles and a rhombic heart-cut edge roof. Behind it is the Thousand-Hand Buddha Pavilion, with a sloped roof. The Daxiong Hall is inlaid with a stone relief, with a Buddha statue in the middle and dragon patterns on both sides. In recent years, relevant departments have invested hundreds of thousands of yuan to carry out comprehensive maintenance of the temple, which is an open place for religious activities.
