Manla Reservoir is located in the upper reaches of the Nianchu River in Longma Township, Gyangze County. Similar to Yamdrok Yumco, it is a pool of clear water embedded in the mountains. Although it is a man-made reservoir, the turquoise lake is particularly beautiful against the distant mountains. When going from Gyantse County to Yamdrok, you will pass by here.
