The Memorial Hall of the Bohai Teaching Brigade of the Second Division is located on the south bank of the Jiangjun River and is the main part of the "four halls in one" complex. The construction area of the memorial hall is 2,700 square meters. It was constructed in October 2019 and officially opened in May 2020. It is an educational base for the Second Division to inherit the red gene, uphold the revolutionary historical tradition, never forget the original intention, and keep in mind the mission. It is also the red culture of the Second Division. A comprehensive display of years of accumulation. The exhibition content of the memorial hall is divided into three chapters besides the "continuation" and "end". The "East Hunan Independent Division" established in Da'anli, Pingxiang, eastern Hunan in October 1947, showed where the Second Division came from. The third chapter, "Military Flag Flies to the Tianshan Mountains, Reclamation Stationed at the Border Pass" (1949-1954), shows the glorious and tearful years of the Second Division in the past.
