The Mosuo Museum is located next to the former Mosuo chieftain's mansion site in Boshu Village, Luguhu Town, Yanyuan County, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It covers an area of 80 mu, and the construction area of the first phase is 4500 square meters. The Mosuo Museum is the only museum in China and the only one in the world that systematically displays the history, culture and folk customs of Mosuo.
