Nanhe Agricultural Carnival is located in Jiasong Town. In the core area, there are six themed event venues: Shulang Starry Sky, Jinan Granary, Materia Medica Hall, Fairy Tale Orchard, In the Mood for Love, and Together in the Same Boat. Sexual plants and water technology are the main elements, fully displaying the agronomic landscape with local characteristics of Hebei.

The comprehensive service area, the creative customs hall, the efficient agricultural demonstration area, the agricultural Disney theme park, the exquisite LOHAS experience area and other exhibition halls are divided into functional areas created by different regional cultural elements, which together constitute the five chapters of the carnival.
