There are 9 large rammed earth foundations in the Nanzuo site, and the No. 1 foundation of a large building in the north has been excavated. The No. 1 base site is the ground building base site, which is rectangular, 33.5 meters long and 18.8 meters wide. There are rammed wooden bone walls on three sides. There is an east-west partition wall in the center of the house site, which divides the house site into two parts. Three doorways with a width of 1.6 meters are opened on the wall to connect the front and back, forming a front hall and back room structure. There is a large stove near the partition wall in the back room. The wall is covered with grass and mud, and it has been barbecued. The ground of the house site is white gray surface. There is a water distribution table outside the house, and there is a drainage ditch outside the table. Both the table and the ditch have been grilled. There are several small house sites distributed around the No. 1 house foundation.
The large-scale building foundation found at the Nanzuo site has a magnificent structure and is similar to the large-scale building foundation of Qin'an Dadiwan, indicating that it is another high-level central site in the Jing and Wei areas, and has important historical significance for the study of the social form of the Yangshao culture in China value.
