It is used as the competition venue for snow sports in the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, including downhill, slalom, giant slalom, super giant slalom, all-around events and team events. National Alpine Ski Center National Alpine Ski Center covers an area of ​​432.4 hectares, including about 6 hectares of construction land, about 43,000 square meters of permanent building area, and about 11,000 square meters of outdoor building area (corridors, platforms, stairs, etc.). The construction area is 43,200 square meters. The National Alpine Ski Center has a total of 3 competition ski trails, 4 training ski trails, and other related ski trails and technical ski trails. The total length of various ski trails is about 23.1 kilometers, and the maximum vertical drop is about 925 meters. The entire site is roughly rhombus-shaped. The highest point at the top is Xiaohaituo Peak (2198.38 meters). This peak extends to the southwest and southeast along the ridgeline, and the bottom converges at the upper mouth of Foyukou Valley (1238 meters). The entire terrain is that various valleys converge from Xiaohaituo Peak in the northeast to the gully mouth in the southwest corner. The altitude difference is about 960 meters, and the slope of the mountain is mostly above 40%. It adopts a single venue mode and a decentralized layout. Races are set up in the competition area. The two end areas and the competition are the core areas for serving the competition, and have multiple functions such as the end of the competition, the audience watching the competition, the organization of the competition, and the distribution of traffic.
