It flows through China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia, and flows into the South China Sea from Vietnam. It is the golden waterway for my country to enter Southeast Asian countries. The main ethnic group is the Dai nationality, and the "Water Splashing Festival" in mid-April every year is a traditional festival of the Dai nationality.
