North Wudang Ecotourism Area is a national 2A-level scenic spot. It is located at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in the northwest of Dawukou District, Shizuishan City, at the starting point of Chaoyang West Street. It is a comprehensive tourist area integrating mountains, forests, temples, geological relics, and military experience. In September and October every year, the North Wudang Ninth Ninth Chongyang Climbing Festival, temple fair and other activities are held in the scenic area.

The North Wudang Ecotourism Area consists of five scenic spots:

Dawukou Forest Park, an artificial ecological forest area covering an area of ​​more than 10,000 mu, shows the unique style of ecological construction in the arid desert region of Northwest China.

The North Wudang Temple, which was built in the 40th year of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty (1701), is a complex of buildings with four courtyards. The layout is natural and scattered. One of the ancient temples. During the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, the Empress Dowager Cixi Zeng Qin wrote "Guo Shou Buddha Zen Temple".

Provincial Geopark - North Wudang Geopark of Helan Mountain, covering an area of ​​68.8 square kilometers, is rich in geological relics, jagged rocks, pictographic stones are both real and illusory, the mountain is steep and dangerous, and the momentum is magnificent. It is a natural museum with typical geological and historical evolution process.

Jiucaigou is a primitive valley in Helan Mountain, with a total length of more than 10 kilometers, cool and quiet, with rich water and grass. Coupled with some abandoned military facilities, it adds to the confusing atmosphere and is a good place for people to seek ghosts and novelties.

Discovered in 1994, the ancient tree fossil of Xiaoquzigou is an ancient plant more than 200 million years ago. , Ornamental value.
