Baibei Miao Village is one of the older Miao Villages in Moon Mountain. According to historical records, it was moved from Damiao Mountain in Guangxi along the Liujiang River in the Ming Dynasty. It has a long history, simple, strong ethnic characteristics and rich ethnic cultural heritage. It is designated as a Miao folk custom village in Qiandongnan Prefecture. The feather clothes of the Miao people here are colorful and have simple and peculiar patterns, which reflect the dexterous and delicate embroidery technology and unique aesthetic taste of the Miao people. The Guzang Festival is one of the most solemn and ancient traditional festivals of the Miao people. It is held every thirteen years. Pigs and cattle are slaughtered, ancestors are sacrificed, and guests and friends are entertained. The festival is grand in scale and warm in atmosphere. In addition, the "Ancient Dipper Dance" and "Lusheng Dance" of the Paibei Miao nationality have cheerful steps and a brisk rhythm. Baibei Miao Village is known as the "open-air Miao folk museum".
