One of the Panchen Lama Palaces, also known as Deqing Gesang Phodrang. In 1954, it was built with funds from the state. It is the summer palace where the Panchen Lama sleeps. There are many historical relics and artistic masterpieces placed in the palace, especially a mural of "Ba Siba Meeting Kublai Khan", which is very exquisite.

There are three gates in the new palace. The front eaves of the front gate are supported by four octagonal red lacquer pillars. The gate hall is embossed with ferocious beasts, leaping dragons and various flower patterns on both sides of the gate wall. The murals are painted with cirrus clouds, tigers, dragons, figures and Buddhist stories. The brushwork is delicate, and the shape and spirit are perfect. After passing the front door, there is a deep path paved with red gravel and inlaid with white stone and jade. The second gate is a quadrangle courtyard with a vestibule, step into the quadrangle courtyard, enter the third gate, and you can enjoy the majestic, magnificent and solemn palace.
