The Bangluo Meeting Memorial Hall of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China is the national patriotism education demonstration base, the national national defense education demonstration base, the on-site experience teaching site of China Yan'an Cadre Academy, and the third batch of Party spirit education practice teaching for party members and cadres in the province named by the Organization Department of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee base. The exhibition hall of the memorial hall covers an area of 608.96 square meters. The name of the exhibition hall "Bangluo Town Conference Memorial Hall" was inscribed by the old Red Army Wang Dingguo.
The exhibition content of the memorial hall was designed by the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, with the theme of carrying forward the great spirit of the Long March, focusing on the true and vivid reproduction of the history of the Bangluo Town Meeting and the Red Army’s Long March passing through Tongwei, and the people of Tongwei inheriting and carrying forward the Long March The spirit is an extension of the construction achievements achieved in the new Long March. Through detailed historical materials, pictures, charts, and real objects, comprehensively using various modern high-tech means, and carefully designing the layout, it achieves the perfect combination of ideology and artistry. Immersively, it fully displays the magnificent historical picture scroll of the Red 25th Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, the Shaanxi-Gansu Detachment, the Second Red Army, and the Fourth Front Army's Long March passing through Tongwei. It has become the main front for people from all walks of life, especially party members and cadres and young students to receive party spirit education, revolutionary tradition education, patriotism education, national defense education, and ideological and moral education.
