Panlu City is located on the bank of the Tuman River in the southeastern suburb of Kashgar City. It is also called "Esquesa". At that time, there were two sections of earth-built city walls on the north and west sides. The north wall was 287 meters long, the wake-up wall was 205 meters long, and the wall foundation was about 7 meters thick. The plane of the city is approximately a trapezoid, covering a total area of ​​nearly 20 mu. Today, most of the site is occupied by factories, and only a section of the old city ruins about 8 meters long and nearly 3 meters high remains. 

Panlu City is the ruins of the castle where Ban Chao, a famous general of the Eastern Han Dynasty, was stationed here for 17 years. Ban Chao used Panlu City as his base to fight against the slaves in the West, help the Western Regions, restore the central government's rule over the Western Regions, and reopen the Silk Road. the road. 

Today, Panlu City has been built on the site of the original ancient city, covering an area of ​​14.5 mu. With the statue of Banchao as the center, the statues of 36 warriors are symmetrical along the Shinto. There is a large semicircular relief screen wall 36 meters long and 9 meters high. Pavilions, stone archways, city walls, beacon towers and other buildings.
