Panyang Lake is located in the Bipenggou Scenic Area of Li County. It is a typical alpine lake. There are aquatic animals such as cold-water fish and rock fish in the lake. Because Panyang often appears here, it is named "Panyang Lake". Water plants and shrubs grow luxuriantly around the lake, surrounded by mountains, blue sky and white clouds, snow-capped mountains and glaciers are reflected in it, and the scenery is very beautiful.
After getting off the battery car at Moon Bay in Bipenggou Scenic Area, tourists can walk around Panyang Lake along the boardwalk and enjoy the clear lake water at an altitude of about 3,600 meters and the surrounding snow-capped mountains and glaciers.
