The exhibition content of Pingyao Beef Museum is divided into Preface Hall (Shanxi Merchants in the World), Pingyao History and Culture Hall, Pingyao Beef Heritage Art Museum, Xingsheng Lei Hall, Lei Jinning Hall, Father of Pingyao Beef, Shanxi Merchants Noodle Hall, Cixi in Pingyao Hall, Self-reliance Hall There are 16 halls in total: Cheng Hall, Geng Mu Yin, Li Niu Song, Tao Tang Guanyu, Jin Merchants Training Center Hall, Pingyao Beef Echo, Jie Niu Hall, Old Workshop, and Sales Hall.
The museum systematically and comprehensively reveals the cultural connotation of Pingyao beef in the form of scenes, texts, pictures, audio and video, models, real objects, sculptures and other comprehensive display forms.
