Shiwan is above the south side of Wanfo Cave. There are more than 50 inscriptions on cliffs by celebrities and scholars of past dynasties. There is a flat stone platform more than 3 meters long beside Shiwan, with a crescent-shaped water bowl in the middle. Looking obliquely at the water surface from the right corner of the water bowl, you can see the city wall of Yan'an on Fenghuang Mountain, hence the name "Shui Zhao Yan'an". Standing beside the water bowl is a small stone tablet with two dragons playing with pearls, in which the words "Shui Zhao Yan'an" are engraved upside down. Looking down around the water bowl, you can see the words "Shui Zhao Yan'an" in the water, which is very magnificent and very interesting. After crossing Shiwan, you will come to the towering, small and exquisite Yinyue Pavilion, which looks like a vigorous bird, overlooking from the sky. Tourists climb the pavilion and lean over the railing to look down, and the moon gushes out from the bottom of the well, so it is called "Yue'er Well". On a night when the moon is scarce, the bright moon in the well and the night moon in the sky complement each other, which makes everyone amazed.
