Its owner, Emin Hezhuo, was not only the leader of the Uighurs in Turpan at that time, the counselor of the Qing government, but also an outstanding patriot and military strategist.

The Turpan County Palace was set on fire by Sheng Shicai's army in 1933. The present County King's Mansion was basically restored and built according to the previous Uyghur architectural style, layout and scale according to historical records. The current Junwang Mansion covers an area of ​​22 mu, and the building area of ​​the palace is about 2,500 square meters. The gate and courtyard walls of the Prince's Mansion are unique in shape, solemn, simple and generous, with a strong Islamic style.

There are dozens of large and small rooms in the courtyard and front and rear palaces of the Prince's Mansion. The ceiling, arcades, railings and cornices are carved with typical Uyghur ethnic crafts and decorated with plaster flowers, which have a very ethnic flavor. Various fruit trees and vines planted in the garden are lush.
