It is located in the south of Kouquanyu, Datong City, 26 kilometers southwest of the urban area. The area is 61 square kilometers, and the main peak is 1714.1 meters above sea level.


According to "Datong County Chronicle": "Seven peaks, called Bifeng, Taibai Peak, Jianfeng, Aofeng, Baiyun Peak, Motian Peak, and Yunv Peak." The seven peaks are listed, the skyscrapers are high, and the mountains are stacked, and the momentum is spectacular.


There is a temple at the foot of Zhangren Peak, named Chanfang Temple. Founded in the Tianbao period of Tang Dynasty, it has been repaired and expanded many times. It was destroyed many times, and now there are only stone coupon kiln houses, which are divided into front and rear courtyards. There are left and right corridors in the front yard, separated by a waist wall, with a small door in the middle. There are three main halls on the front of the backyard, and three side halls on the left and right.


On the top of Zhangren Peak in the south of the mountain, there is a Buddhist temple tower in the Liao Dynasty. It is a hexagonal and seven-level solid brick and stone structure, about 20 meters high. The upper stone is carved with lotus petals. On the top is the girdle, and each stone is carved with patterns such as lotus, peony, and boy. On each side of the top is engraved a relief of a Buddha and two Bodhisattvas, and there are two layers of lotus beads around the waist, and carved with lotus petals. The eaves and corners of the tower are constructed with bucket arches. Taxi has door and window carvings. The whole carving is rough and concise, full of changes, patterns and patterns, and exquisite carving. It is a major cultural relic protection unit in Shanxi Province. Zhangren Peak at the foot of the pagoda is closely connected with the seven peaks on Qifeng Mountain. Looking far away at the lofty mountains, the peaks are abrupt, the forests are verdant, and the scenery is unique.
