The Qinling Underground Palace Exhibition Hall, also known as the Qinling Underground Palace, was built according to Sima Qian's description of the Qinling Underground Palace. The underground palace of the Qin Mausoleum is divided into upper and lower floors, with a total height of 25.7 meters, of which 8.7 meters are underground. The overall method of cross-sectioning and longitudinally reproduces the landform and underground palace of the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang, showing visitors the glory of Qin Shihuang's mausoleum more than 2,000 years ago. Majesty and grandeur.

For the ground part, according to the layout of the cemetery, a large sand table of 260 square meters was used to restore the Qin Mausoleum seals, city walls, gates, mausoleums, burial pits and other buildings. The outer city is 940 meters wide from east to west and 2165 meters long from north to south, and is divided into four different areas. The north of the east area is the barracks of the mausoleum guards; the south is divided into two parts, and the east is the barracks of the tomb guards; the west area is also divided into two parts.

The underground part is a simulated underground palace of the Qin Mausoleum. There are two tomb passages in the underground palace, the east and the west, each with two ear chambers, where chariots and horses are parked, and meals are enshrined. There are six relief sculptures on the wall of the east tomb passage, namely Fusu, Chengjiao, Meng Ao, Wei Liao, Wang Jian, Mao Jiao, they made great achievements in Qin Shihuang's unification of the six kingdoms by making suggestions, charging into battle, capturing cities, preparing food and grass, and governing the country. The reliefs on the west tomb passage are the princes and princesses of Qin Shihuang, namely Yuanyin, Huayang Gongzi Gao, Ronglu and so on.

The central area of the underground palace is 121 square meters, and the bottom is a sand table of the Qin Dynasty version. Qin Xianyang Palace, Qin Great Wall, Yangtze River, Yellow River, Taihu Lake, Guilin Landscape, Huangguoshu Waterfall, Yunnan Lunan Stone Forest, etc. are all displayed in front of tourists. On the ground of the Qin version, there is a big dragon boat, and the coffin of Qin Shihuang is on the dragon boat. Qin Shihuang lay on his back in it with his back to the west and east to the east. There were four mermaid lamps flickering and eternally bright at the four corners of the coffin. Qin Shihuang's coffin has six floors, which is based on the Qin fashion six, and the number is based on six records. The black marble bottom of the walls around the coffin is inlaid with six reliefs that Qin Shihuang loved throughout his life.

On the four sides of the underground palace, wax sculptures and murals are used to reproduce some important events during Qin Shihuang's lifetime: the scene of Qin Shihuang's ascension to the throne is on the east side, and Xianyang Palace, the capital of Qin Dynasty, is on the north side. On both sides of the main hall are the palaces of Han, Zhao, Wei, Yan, Chu and Qi.
