The predecessor of Qingjian Revolutionary Memorial Hall is "Qingjian Martyrs Cemetery", which was built in 1989 and covers an area of 13 mu. The main buildings in the park include the Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower, the Revolutionary History Memorial Hall and the Forest of Steles composed of more than 50 steles. In 2007, on the occasion of commemorating the 80th anniversary of the Qingjian Uprising, Qingjian County renamed the cemetery and invested more than 500,000 yuan in the maintenance of the memorial hall, making it a patriotic teaching material.
