In terms of its long history, great influence, and prosperity of incense, Qiongzhu Temple is the first. In addition, the colorful sculptures of five hundred arhats, which are beautiful in shape and well-known at home and abroad, are here. The 500 arhats are displayed on the two walls of the main hall (68 statues), Tiantailai Pavilion (216 statues), and Fanyin Pavilion (216 statues), divided into upper, middle and lower. There are three floors, the upper and lower floors are mostly secondary images, and the middle layer is mostly standing images. The arrangement is symmetrical.
It is said that Qiongzhu Temple was built by brothers Gao Guang and Gao Zhi of the Shanchan Mansion of Dali State.
