Qushui Zoo is a scenic spot integrating sightseeing, popular science education, and ex-situ animal protection. It is the highest-altitude zoo in my country and the zoo in the Tibet Autonomous Region. Qushui Zoo is about 63 kilometers away from Lhasa City. It is located in the valley of the middle reaches of the Yarlung Zangbo River. Qushui Zoo focuses on displaying species in Tibet and Southwest China, highlights the unique animals in Tibet and Southwest China, and introduces unique animal species at home and abroad. There are more than a dozen scenic spots including Yingbin Avenue, Park Front Area, Animal Square, Rare Animal Exhibition Area, Children's Animal Park, Battery Car Terminal, African and Asian Herbivore Exhibition Areas, Manor, Peacock Garden, and Wild Animal Area.
