Hongya Historic Site (also known as Hongya Monument, Hongya Book of Heaven) is located on Mount Huangguoshu, 50 kilometers west of Anshun. It is known as "the first miracle in South China" in history and is one of the eight mysterious characters in my country. "Red Cliff" and "Flying Waterfall" complement each other, and the cultural landscape and natural landscape are integrated. Hongya Historic Site is known as "the first miracle in central Guizhou".
The Hongya Historic Site is a huge light red stone screen with a wall length of 100 meters and a height of 30 meters. There are more than 20 iron red characters, which are neither Yin nor Yang, neither Zhuan nor Zhuan, nor regular script nor Li, and are arranged unevenly. There are different opinions about the content of the text. One is that it is the Jihuo "Jigong Monument" inscribed on the stone of Fang Jigong by Emperor Gaozong of Yin Dynasty; the other is that it is the relic of Dayu's flood control; It is said that during the Shu Han Dynasty, Jihuo, the leader of the ethnic minorities, assisted Zhuge Liang in his southern expedition, and wrote the "Jihuo Monument" in ancient Chinese; however, modern historians believe that it may be related to the Yelang culture. Since the Qing Dynasty, Chinese and foreign scholars have come here to investigate and decipher, but so far no results have been found, which is called "the phenomenon of Hongya culture".
