Located by the Lancang River in the northeast of Jinghong City, it adopts the Dai style of architecture. The roof is covered with gleaming glazed tiles, and the beams and eaves are pasted with various flowers, birds and animals that the Dai people love. The whole building is exquisite and beautiful. Every year in mid-April, the "Water-Splashing Festival" commemorative meeting is held here. Tens of thousands of people watch dragon boat rowing, high rises, balloons, water lanterns and cultural performances here. It is also an ideal place for Chinese and foreign guests to watch the celebrations.
