The Ruins of Rongmei Tusi City is located on Pingshan Village, more than 10 kilometers east of Rongmei Town, Hefeng County. It was built in the Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. There is a cave on the cliff in the west of the city, which is the place where Tusi Tian Shunnian collected books. The forts and inscriptions on the side of the cave are still clearly visible. There are still flower beds and fish ponds in the cave.
The contents of Rongmei Tusi ruins are very rich, but relatively scattered, including the ruins of Pingshan Juefu, Xiliu City, Wanwan Cave, Qingtian Cave, and Jiufeng Reading Platform, among which Pingshan Juefu is more famous.
Pingshan Juefu Ruins, commonly known as Wanquan Cave, is located on the cliffs of Pingshan Mountain, facing the Baizhang Abyss. The hole is about 20 meters high, 24 meters wide and 31 meters deep. Rongmei Chieftain was named Wanquan Cave because of its danger. There were originally stone gates, village walls and forts in the cave. There are "Jiuyue Pavilion" on the left, "Ai Ri Pavilion" on the right, and "Dashi Pavilion" and "Weibo Building" in the middle, which are Tian Shunian's residence. Gu Cai, a literati in the Qing Dynasty, once visited this cave. There are still some wall foundations, forts and Moyan inscriptions left in the cave, and there is a tortoise stele on the top of the mountain, which describes the process of the chieftain's construction of Pingshan and Wanquan Cave. In the thirteenth year of Emperor Yongzheng of the Qing Dynasty (1735), Tian Mingru, the last chieftain king, was forced by the Qing court to reform the land and return to the exiles, and hanged himself in Wanquan Cave.
