The Ruins of Luowu City is located in Shishanmao, Shiyadi Village, Zhenchuan Township, 60 kilometers south of Yulin City. The site faces cliffs in the north, east and south, and a hillside in the west. The city wall is in the shape of a triangular arc, which is still clearly visible. Both Xixia and Northern Song Dynasty stationed troops here for defense. Later, caves were dug here to build temples. So far, there are still 11 grotto temples, including Wanfo Cave, Sanxiao Hall, Notre Dame Palace, Guanyin Hall, Zhenwu Patriarch Hall, etc. Among them, the largest one is the Wanfo Cave Grottoes, and the historical sites are relatively well preserved. Wanfo Cave is also known as Hanging Temple.
