The Sakyamuni Hall is called "Tuwang Lakang" in Tibetan, with an area of 54 square meters. Along the west wall of the hall, there is a row of Buddhist niches, in the center of which is a statue of Sakyamuni. This Buddha statue is a full-length statue of Sakyamuni when he was twelve years old, and has a supreme status in the minds of Tibetan Buddhist believers.
