Jinsha Island, formerly known as Dawanggang, is located in the Bohai Sea in the southwest of Leting County. It is an arc-shaped sand island composed of 11 intermittently connected sand bars. With a total length of 13.5 kilometers, a width of 250 meters, and an area of 3.25 square kilometers, it looks like a giant ship anchored in the waves, or a giant whale bowing on the water. Legend has it that Han Tingzi scattered flower baskets during the flood season after the Eight Immortals crossed the sea. The phoenix does not fall into a land without treasures, so some people have kept treasures in the Luofengpo Grottoes, and no one has been able to dig out the treasures.
