Sangri Red Deer Nature Reserve is located in Zengqi Township, Sangri County, Shannan Prefecture, Tibet. It can be reached by driving 80 kilometers east from Zedang. The river valley in the scenic area is open, and the forests and shrubs are well hidden, providing a good living environment for red deer. At present, the number of red deer in this area has reached more than 5,100, and the range of activities is about 5,000 square kilometers. There are also precious Chinese herbal medicines such as Cordyceps and Fritillaria in Tibet.
