The lake surface of Selin Co is 4,530 meters above sea level. The lake is 72 kilometers long from east to west, with an average width of 22.8 kilometers, of which the east width is 40 kilometers, and the lake covers an area of 1,640 square kilometers. There are many rivers and lakes in the watershed colluding with each other to form a closed inland lake group. In addition to the main lakes, there are 23 satellite small lakes such as Geren Co, Wuru Co, and Ren Co Gongma. Every summer, the scenery of the lake is unique, and various migratory birds live on the small islands in the lake.
