Shangyuntai Scenic Spot is located in the south of Duohuo Township, Lingchuan County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province. It is also known as Qinquan Scenic Spot and Road Works Scenic Spot. It belongs to the same mountain system and water vein as Yuntai Mountain in Henan. Including Qinquan Road Works, Shuangtouquan, Arrow Eye Mountain, Wangluo River and Tahe 5 sub-scenic spots, covering an area of about 100 square kilometers, the core scenic spot is limited to the main areas where Qinquan River and Shuangtouquan River flow through , with a planned area of about 30 square kilometers.
