Shengjingguan is located on the mountain ridge at the junction of Yunnan and Guizhou, 7.5 kilometers southeast of Fuyuan County, commonly known as Jieguan, and was an important pass from Guizhou to Yunnan in ancient times. There is a boundary square at the pass, and the plaque on the square is inscribed with "Scenic Spot in South Yunnan", so it is called Scenic Spot Pass.
Jiefang is a wooden archway with three gates and twelve pillars. It is 14.8 meters high and 14.5 meters wide. It was first built in the fourth year of Jingtai in Ming Dynasty, and has been repaired many times. It was announced as a cultural relic protection unit in Yunnan Province in 1987.
