Shenhu Lake is located at the foot of the Goddess Fengfeng Miancim Peak at an altitude of 6,600 meters in the middle of the Meili Thirteen Peaks, with an altitude of about 5,360 meters. This lake is the place where Tibetans turn to the lake on August 15 every year. The lake water is melted water from snow-capped mountains and glaciers. It is regarded as sacred water by people. It can only be drunk. Every year, local people come to visit the lake.

It is about 19 kilometers from Yubeng to Shenhu Lake. It is difficult to go back and forth for nearly 40 kilometers that day. The hiking is difficult and requires abundant physical strength and strong perseverance. If you go to Shenhu Lake, winter and spring are not suitable. First, there is snow, and second, the scenery is not as rich as summer and autumn. It is recommended to hire a local guide and bring enough water and dry food.
