Shenmu Garden, also known as Tianshan Shenmu Garden, is located in Wensu County on the northwest side of Aksu, about 70 kilometers away from the city of Aksu. It is a famous local scenic spot in Aksu.
Shenmu Garden covers a total area of about 600 mu. It is a small forest with a length and width of nearly 1 kilometer. Different from ordinary forests, the trees here are giant shrubs of various shapes, most of which are old and hundreds of years old. These shrubs grow on the ground, or twist and turn, and their shapes are very unique, forming a variety of shapes such as whirlwind willow, staghorn tree, and love tree, which can be viewed and photographed.
In addition to ornamental trees, Shenmu Garden is also one of the holy places in the hearts of local Muslims. This is the place where the Saudi prince who came to China to preach in the past died, so Shenmu Garden is also called Kurmish Atam Maza (Maza in Uighur means cemetery), and you can see the past lectures in the garden Churches and other religious monuments, as well as holy springs, etc., many Muslims will also come here to visit and pilgrimage.
If you are interested in the trees in the park, you can ask a tour guide to explain them, so that you can better understand the shape of the sacred trees. The cost of a tour guide’s explanation is 50 yuan for a team of 1-15 people, 60 yuan for a team of 16-20 people, 70 yuan for a team of 21-25 people, and 80 yuan for a team of 26-30 people. If the number of people exceeds 30 people, you need to explain in groups.

To visit the scenic spot, you must apply for a pass at the Wensu County Frontier Defense Squadron. The handling fee is 8 yuan, and a deposit of 20 yuan is required. There is a pass inspection checkpoint 20 kilometers below the hill of Shenmu Garden.
