Shiping Xiushan is located in the south of Baoxiu Town, 10 kilometers west of Shiping County, Wuying Village in the southwest of Baoxiu Town, and 12 kilometers away from Shiping County. It is one of the famous mountain resorts in southern Yunnan.
Zhenjue Temple was built in Hongwu period of Ming Dynasty and rebuilt many times in Qing Dynasty. The existing ancient buildings include Shanmen, Daxiong Palace and Lingyun Pavilion. Ascending the tower, you can see Baoxiu town in the distance, and the cottages are vividly visible. In 1983, it was announced as a cultural relic protection unit of Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture.
