Shuimo Ancient Town

Shuimo Ancient Town is located on the banks of Shouxi River, a tributary of the Minjiang River in the south of Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province. It was a hard-hit area in the Wenchuan Earthquake that year. After reconstruction, it has become an ancient town where you can experience the strong Qiang culture. Tourists departing from Chengdu can take a bus at Chadianzi Passenger Station to arrive at the scenic spot. There are Qiang-style folk houses in Shuimo Ancient Town, which are very local.
