The sixty-one stone statues of Fanchen are located in the North Qianling Mausoleum Park. They are the images of the surrounding tribes and state leaders who served in the Tang Dynasty during the period of Emperor Gaozong Li Ye and Wu Zetian. There are 32 statues on the east and west sides outside the Suzaku Gate of Qianling Mausoleum. There are 29 stone statues on the east side. These 61 stone statues are about the same height as real people but have different attires. Some have robes around the waist, some have lapels and tight sleeves, and some have hair on the left lapel. They are lined up in front of the mausoleum respectfully, and they all have no heads.
