Stone Carvings Park is located on the bank of Huangshui River, east of People's Park. With the name and theme of Riyue Mountain, the entire park uses sculptures, reliefs, stone scenes, and stone carving forests to show Princess Wencheng's entry into Tibet, the tea-horse exchange market, the ancient Tang-Tibet road, the South Silk Road, folk art, and historical figures. There is also a forest of stone carvings expressing the art of "Hua'er", engraved with hundreds of Qinghai's classic "Hua'er" lyrics.
