- Children under 1.2 meters in height or under the age of 12 must be accompanied and actively supervised at all times by an adult who is solely responsible for their care and behavior at the water park. For safety reasons, each child must be accompanied by an adult when entering the park.
- No smoking in the water park area.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the water park area, except for guests with special dietary needs and allergies, or food or beverages intended for infants and young children.
- Prohibited items, firearms, weapons, glass, sharp objects, and items that may affect the safety of guests are not permitted in water park areas.
- Pets are not permitted in water park areas, with the exception of service dogs accompanying guests with disabilities.
- Only inflatables provided by the waterpark are allowed.

- If Studio City reasonably believes that a guest is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, has engaged in inappropriate behavior, or violated the terms of entry or other applicable terms and conditions, guests may be denied entry or asked to leave the water park.
- Guests must wear appropriate swimwear to use the water park facilities. Swimwear with exposed zippers, buckles, rivets and other metal decorations is not permitted.
