Sui and Tang Luoyang City National Heritage Park was once the core area of the palace city ruins in Sui, Tang, Five Dynasties and Song Dynasties, among which Mingtang and Paradise in Wu Zetian's period are famous. Mingtang is located on the central axis of Luoyang City in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. It is the main hall of the palace city and an important place where Tang Gaozong and Wu Zetian ruled the world and held state affairs. Heaven is the place where Empress Wu Zetian worshiped the Buddha. The building has five floors on the outside and nine floors inside, symbolizing the supreme status of the ninety-five sons of heaven.
