Swallow Cliff, Millennium Bat Cave and Qingnian Ridge are all located on the same trail. They are quite famous tourist attractions in Ruili Scenic Area. The entrance is at (22.5K of County Road 166).
As long as you open your eyes wide, you will find their small figures. The Yanzi Cliff is connected to the Millennium Bat Cave, which is shaped like an eaves. There are small and large holes distributed in strips on the cliff. It's like being in the Shuilian cave.
Yuntan Waterfall is about 200 meters high. The pool water flows down from the crevices of the rocks, like a suspended white ribbon. The waterfall is divided into three layers, each layer has a pool surface, and the third layer is more spectacular. The cliffs that emerge are covered with many fine pores and are distributed in strips. They used to be the place where swallows built their nests. The trails just pass under the cliffs. When it rains, the mountain springs flow down, just like walking in the Shuilian Cave.
The rock wall of the Millennium Bat Cave is connected to the Yanzi Cliff. It is about 200 meters long and 100 meters high. There are thousands of caves of different sizes on it. It used to be a habitat for bats, but now there are no bats. Qingnian Ridge is a zig-zag uphill road passing through the osmanthus bamboo forest. The total length is one kilometer. The average slope is about 60 degrees, and the steepest part reaches 70 degrees. It is very strenuous and takes about an hour. It is a good place to test your leg strength.
