The Museum of History is located in the botanical garden on Nanhai Road. It is a museum that collects and displays cultural relics from the Central Plains in addition to the National Palace Museum in Taipei. The classical Chinese-style building with green tiles, white walls and red columns combines the styles of Ming and Qing Dynasties, elegant and magnificent. The museum has a collection of nearly 50,000 items, mainly relics from the Henan Museum moved to Taiwan and relics returned by Japan after the war. Including bronze wares unearthed in Anyang; pre-Qin cord pottery unearthed in Luoyang; Tang Sancai in the Six Dynasties, etc. Donations from government agencies and private collectors enrich the museum's exhibits.
